Abstract
Tenis je kompleksan sport i kako se tehnologija razvlja tako i tenis napreduje. Tenis je krenuo prvo kao gospodski sport i s godinama postao svjetski pra6en sport. Sama tehnika se razyija i unapreduje iz godine u godinu kako bi se dostigla najbolja tehnika i najefikasnija proizvodnja energUe. U ovom raduje opisana teniska tehnika i teniski udarci koji su ra5dlanjeni po fazama kako bi se lakSe stekao uvid u to kako bi idealan pokret trebao izgledati. Tenis, kako napreduje s vremenom tako je dollo i do spajanja sporta s medicinom kako bi se dodatno unaprijedila igra i iz toga proizlazi termin elektromiografska analiza. Elektromiografska ar,aliza je primanje elektridnih signala koji potjedu iz pojedinih mi5i6nih vlakana motoridkih jedinica, u mirovanju i tijekom voljne kontrakcije, pomoiu iglene elektrode za snimanje umetnute u rni5i6. Na taj nadin moguie je pratiti koji mi5i6 ima ve6u funkciju prilikom razliditih udaraca te se na taj nadin rnoZe bolje i kvalitetnije strukturirati trening jakosti prilikom razvoja kondicijskih sposobnosti tenisada.
Abstract (english)
Tennis is a complex sport and as technology develops, so does tennis. Tennis started first as a gentleman's sport and over the years became a world-followed sport. The technique itself is developed and improved year after year in order to reach the best technique and the most efficient energy production. In this paper, tennis technique and tennis skokes are described, which are broken down by phase in order to gain an easier insight into what the ideal movement should look like. As tennis progressed over time, the sport was combined with medicine in order to further improve the game, hence the term electromyographic analysis. Electromyographic analysis is the reception of electrical signals originating from individual muscle fibers ofmotor units, at rest and during volurtary contraction, using a needle recording electrode inserted into the muscle. In this way, it is possible to monitor which muscle has a greater function during different shots, and in this way strength training can be strucfi-ued better and more qualitatively when developing tennis players' fitness abilities.
