Abstract | Grupni fitnes je program vježbanja koji se izvodi s drugim ljudima i obično ga vodi instruktor, a mogu se prema osnovnim fitnes komponentama podijeliti u ove četiri skupine: kardio programi, mišićni programi, kardio-mišićni programi te body and mind programi. Opće poznata činjenica je da vježbanje pozitivno utječe na zdravlje čovjeka i grupni fitnes programi kao takvi sa sobom nose razne prednosti. Ipak, prilikom razmišljanja o odlasku na takvu vrstu treninga vježbač treba biti svjestan i nedostataka grupnog vježbanja što bi moglo biti presudno za odlazak na isto. Najveća mana svakog grupnog fitnes programa je nedovoljno posvećenosti individui. Budući da planiranje i programiranje treninga nije prema željama i potrebama individue, on se može negativno odraziti na vježbačeve rezultate. S obzirom da takav pristup nije optimalan u smislu poštivanja individualnih potreba, ciljeva i sposobnosti sudionika, danas je sve popularniji individualni trening koji se, uz stručnog trenera, u potpunosti prilagođava pojedincu. Osim utjecaja na komponente zdravstvenog fitnesa, redovito tjelesno vježbanje pozitivno utječe i na psihološki status. Tjelesna aktivnost ili tjelovježba mogu poboljšati zdravlje i smanjiti rizik od razvoja nekoliko bolesti poput dijabetesa tipa 2, različitih vrsta tumora i kardiovaskularnih bolesti, ali što je najvažnije našu kvalitetu života. |
Abstract (english) | Group fitness is an exercise program that is performed with other people and is usually led by an instructor, and can be divided into these four groups according to the basic fitness components: cardio programs, muscle programs, cardio-muscle programs, and body and mind programs. It is a well-known fact that exercise has a positive effect on human health, and group fitness programs as such bring with them various advantages. However, when thinking about going to this type of training, the exerciser should be aware of the disadvantages of group training, which could be crucial for going to the same. The biggest flaw of any group fitness program is insufficient dedication to the individual. Since the planning and programming of the training is not according to the wishes and needs of the individual, it can have a negative impact on the exerciser's results. Given that such an approach is not optimal in terms of respecting the individual needs, goals and abilities of the participants, today individual training is increasingly popular, which, with a professional trainer, is fully adapted to the individual. In addition to influencing the components of health fitness, regular physical exercise also has a positive effect on psychological status. Physical activity or exercise can improve health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases such as type 2 diabetes, various types of tumors and cardiovascular diseases, but most importantly our quality of life. |
