Abstract
Potreba za sportskom rekreacijom sve je veća u današnje vrijeme novih životnih navika i razvijanja sve većeg i opsežnijeg broja aktivnosti pa time i raste potreba za istraživanjem sportske rekreacije i u turističkom aspektu. Hrvatska kao brzorastuća turistička destinacija treba ići u korak s novim navikama, trendovima i razvojima. Konkretno Splitsko-dalmatinska županija obogaćena je potencijalima za stvaranje novih atrakcija i aktivnosti i to na području sportskih grana kao što su hodanje, trčanje, plivanje, rafting, planinarenje, biciklizam i slično, te je tako odlična podloga za privlačenje većeg broja turista. Naravno uvijek postoje već postojeći problemi koji se mogu unaprijediti te tako pripomoći uključivanju sporta u turističku atrakciju uključujući poboljšanje infrastrukture, uvođenje novih i kreativnih aktivnosti te poboljšanje općenitog života u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The need for sports recreation is increasing in today's time of new life habits and the development of an increasingly large and extensive number of activities, and thus the need for researching sports recreation in the tourist aspect is also growing. Croatia, as a fast-growing tourist destination, needs to keep up with new habits, trends and developments. In particular, the Splitsko-Dalmatian County is enriched with potential for creating new attractions and activities in the field of sports such as walking, running, swimming, rating, hiking, cycling and the like, and is thus an excellent basis for attracting more tourists. Of course, there are always existing problems that can be improved and thus help the inclusion of sports in the tourist attraction, including the improvement of infrastructure, the introduction of new and creative activities and the improvement of general life in Croatia.
