Abstract
Izvođenje vježbi s vlastitom tjelesnom težinom, koristeći samo otpor svog tijela popularan je izbor za osobe svih dobnih skupina, razina fizičke spreme i kondicije. Ovakav način vježbanja dostupan je svima, obzirom da nije potrebno koristiti dodatnu skupocjenu opremu te se vježbe mogu izvoditi svugdje. Vježbanje s vlastitom tjelesnom težinom povijesno je najraniji oblik tjelesnog vježbanja, a održao se sve do danas budući da vježbanje s vlastitom tjelesnom težinom povećava snagu, mišićnu izdržljivost, izgrađuje mišiće, unaprjeđuje koordinaciju i fleksibilnost muskulature te pospješuje rad kardiovaskularnog sustava. Za postizanje dobrih rezultata bitno je određivanje ciljeva, odabir i primjena prilagođenih vježbi, praćenje napretka te konstantna motivacija uz dovoljno aktivnog odmora. Kod vježbi s vlastitom tjelesnom težinom smanjena je mogućnost od ozljeda u odnosu na vježbe s opterećenjem budući da tijelo radi kao povezana cjelina te stvara snagu korištenjem punog opsega pokreta uz elastičnost mišića. Za pripremu tijela prije vježbanja vrlo su važne i neizostavne vježbe zagrijavanja. U ovom radu slikovito je prikazana primjena vježbi s vlastitom tjelesnom težinom uz tekstualna objašnjenja. Vježbe su podijeljene po kategorijama obuhvaćajući sve mišićne skupine: rameni obruč, triceps, prsa, leđa, biceps, podlaktice, trup, trbuh te noge.
Abstract (english)
Performing bodyweight exercises using only your body's resistance is a popular choice for people of all ages and fitness levels. This way of exercising is available to everyone, since it is not necessary to use additional expensive equipment and the exercises can be performed anywhere. Exercising with your own body weight is historically the earliest form of physical exercise, and it has lasted until today, since exercising with your own body weight increases strength, muscular endurance, builds muscles, improves coordination and flexibility of the musculature, and improves the work of the cardiovascular system. In order to achieve good results, it is important to set goals, select and apply adapted exercises, monitor progress and have constant motivation with enough active rest. Bodyweight exercises have a reduced chance of injury compared to weight-bearing exercises, since the body works as a connected unit and creates strength by using a full range of motion with muscle elasticity. Warm-up exercises are very important and indispensable for preparing the body before exercise. In this paper, the application of exercises with your own body weight is illustrated with textual explanations. The exercises are divided into categories covering all muscle groups: shoulders, triceps, chest, back, biceps, forearms, torso, abdomen and legs.
