Abstract | Sport je prisutan u svim sferama ljudskog života. Od kad počnu hodati ljudi se bave sportom i nastave s tim kao sastavnim dijelom života. Sportom se može baviti u rekreativnom i profesionalnom smislu. Svaki profesionalni sportaš je svjestan da baveći se sportom riskira ozljedu. Međutim, tome ne pridaje veliku pažnju dok se ne dogodi. Upravo o tome ćemo govoriti, o važnosti distrakcije kao obliku prevencije. Nažalost, ova tema nije dovoljno istražena i ne posvećuje joj se dovoljno pažnje. Međutim u posljednje vrijeme sve je prisutnija u razgovorima sportaša. Razlog tome je ubrzani ritam života, prehrana, stres. Postavlja se pitanje kako spriječiti ili pak smanjiti vjerojatnost ozljede tj. kako i kada započeti s prevencijom i uvrstiti je u ritual prije bavljenja sportom. Najpoželjnije bi bilo odmah, prije bilo kakvog bavljenja sportom. Masaža, bandaža, zagrijavanje i istezanje nakon treninga samo su neki oblici prevencije.Važno je spomenuti mobilnost koja omogućava puni opseg pokreta zglobova. Nedostatkom mobilnosti doći će do mobilnog disbalansa. Uz mobilnost je važna i stabilnost zglobova tj. mogućnost odupiranja vanjskim utjecajima. Postoji aktivni i pasivni sustav stabilnosti. Ako bilo koji od njih zakaže ili oba, to uzrokuje ozljedu zgloba i ligament se previše rastegne. Budući da naše tijelo funkcionira kao sustav bitno je postići mobilnost i stabilnost. Ovdje je važna distrakcija koja omogućava poboljšanje mobilnosti zglobova i povećanje funkcionalnosti zglobova. Prije desetak godina nije bilo prisutno ovoliko ozljeda na sportskom terenu kao sada. Nažalost, danas svaki drugi profesionalni sportaš se podvrgnuo operativnom zahvatu na koljenu, ramenu i dr. dijelovima tijela bar jednom ako ne i više puta u životu. Moramo postaviti pitanje koji je razlog tome, u čemu se griješi, kako se može spriječiti operativni zahvat i općenito bilo koja ozljeda koja sportaša isključuje s terena na duže vrijeme. Svaki takav operativni zahvat narušava zdravlje sportaša i normalno funkcioniranje u budućnosti. Cilj rada je ukazati na važnost prevencije, tj. distrakcije kao oblika prevencije u profesionalnom sportu. Distrakcija treba postati sastavni dio svakog sportaša ujedno i uvjet za bavljenje sportom i treba se uvidjeti koliko je važna kako bi se izbjegle ozljede ili bar lakše podnosile. |
Abstract (english) | Sport is present in all spheres of human life. Ever since they started walking, people are engaged in sports and continue with it as an integral part of life. Sport can be part of life in a recreational and professional sense. Every professional athlete is aware that dealing with sports risks getting injured. However, it does not pay much attention until it happens. We are going to talk about the importance of distraction as a form of prevention. Unfortunately, this topic is not sufficiently explored and does not pay enough attention to it. However, lately it is more and more present in sport conversations. The reason for this is accelerating the rhythm of life, nutrition, stress. The question is how to prevent or reduce the likelihood of injury, how to start with prevention and incorporate it into a ritual before engaging in sports. Most desirable it would be, immediately before any sport activity. Massage, bandage, warming and stretching after training are just some form of prevention. It is important to mention mobility that allows the full range of joints. Mobility disadvantage will result in mobile disbalance. In addition to mobility, it is very important to maintain the stability of the joints and the ability to resist external influences. There is an active and passive stability system. If any of them hangs or both, it causes wounds of the wrist and the ligament too much to shrink. Since our body functions as a system, it is essential to achieve mobility and stability. Here is an important distraction that improves the mobility of the joints and increases the functionalities of the joints. Ten years ago, there were no such injuries on the sports ground as it is today. Unfortunately, today every other professional athlete has undergone surgery on the knee, shoulder, or body parts at least once in a lifetime. We have to ask the question why it is wrong, how to prevent an operation and generally how to avoid injury that excludes professional athlete out of sport ground. Any such surgery interferes athletes' health and normal functioning in the future. The aim of this work is to alert the importance of prevention, also distraction as a form of prevention in professional sports. Distraction should become an integral part of every athlete and condition of sport. They should see how important it is to avoid injuries or at least to endure it. |
