The main objectives of the research were to define the influence of morphological characteristics and some motor skills (individual measures of explosive strength, speed, balance and flexibility) on the results of agility tests of boys and girls in puberty. The sample consisted of 73 boys and 63 girls aged 13-14 years that are not actively involved in sports or are engaged in sports whose movement structures differ substantially from the movements that were used during the execution of selected tests of agility. The total number of variables can be divided into two sets of variables: a set of predictor variables and a set of criterion variables. The predictor variables included motor variables and variable of morphological status. Set of criterion variables consisted of agility variables. In order to define the metric characteristics Cronbach's coefficient, average correlation and the coefficient of variation were calculated. In addition to reliability, stability of the measurements were analysed with the calculation of the parameters of variance analysis. Factorial validity of the measurement instruments is calculated by applying a series of factor analysis. Correlations between variables were determined by correlation and multiple regression analyses. Forward stepwise regression analysis was used. Results of the study indicated the high reliability of the applied tests, and the least reliable test for both, boys and girls was test S5M. In boys we notice a very logical and partly expected impact of predictors on the criterion variable, which is directly, related to biomechanics and kinesiology features of individual agile movement structures contained in the tests. In girls, significantly greater is the impact of the morphological structure on manifestations of agile movement structures.
