Abstract
Ovaj završni rad čine osnovne smjernice potrebne za pravilno funkcioniranje škole rukometa. Za kvalitetan rad škola rukometa mora imati višegodišnji plan rada prilagođen dobnim kategorijama i njihovim antropološkim karakteristikama, održivu financijsku strukturu, program namijenjen promjenama u društvenim i pojedinačnim ambicijama, kvalitetnu mjerljivost rada i prezentabilnost izvršenog rada. Ovaj rad treba pojednostaviti i prikazati alate koji su dostupni uz trenutne tehnološke alate, ali i ukazati da posao trenera nije isključivo rad sa pojedincem ili grupom. Treneri često zbog teških uvjeta rada tijekom selekcije podobnih sportaša, zbog velike konkurentnosti drugih klubova u malom „bazenu“ sportaša i financijskih limita moraju razumijeti osnove funkcioniranja jedne škole rukometa ili općenito sporta za koji se trener opredijeli. Ovaj rad se temelji na trogodišnjem radu Škole rukometa RK Zagorica iz Zagreba te u velikom dijelu sadržaj predstavlja stvarne smjernice za rad navedene škole rukometa uz ambicije u rastu i razvoju.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is basic guidelines necessary for the proper functioning of the handball school. For quality work, handball school must have multi-year work schedules tailored to age categories and their anthropological characteristics, a sustainable financial structure, a program geared to changes in social and individual ambitions, high quality work measurability and presentability of completed work. This thesis should simplify and show the tools available with the current technology tools and indicate that the coach job is not exclusively working with an individual or a group. Because of coaches often have difficult working conditions in selecting athletes due to the high competitiveness of other clubs in a small "pool" of athletes and financial limits they must understand the basics of functioning of a handball school or of general sports for which the coach has decide for. This thesis is based on the three-year work of Handball school RK Zagorica from Zagreb, and in most part content presents realistic guidelines for the work of the mentioned handball school with the ambition of growth and development.
