Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi te povezati kako osteopatija te osteopatske tehnike djeluju na bolnu lumbalnu kralježnicu. 20 žena je popunilo upitnik, te je testirano i tretirano osteopatskim tehnikama. Svih 20 žena je imalo bolnu lumbalnu kralježnicu, ali glavno pitanje je bilo je li uzrok isti? Problematika istraživanja je što neke osteopatske tehnike nisu mjerljive te ne postoji puno istraživanja u ovom polju. Lumbalni bolni sindrom je široka tema u terapiji, zato smo probali što detaljnije i preciznije pristupiti ovom istraživanju. Rezultati pokazuju da je većina žena dobro reagiralo te su nakon nekoliko tretmana osjetile olakšanje i bolju pokretljivost. Ovim istraživanjem smo ostavili mnoga otvorena polja i teme za daljnja istraživanja poglavito vezana za osteopatiju.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this research was to find relationship between osteopathy and chronic lumbar pain. 20 females filled up the questionare, they have been tested and treated with osteopathic techniques. All 20 females had painfull lumbar back but the main question was the cause same for all? The problem with this research was that some of the osteopathic techniques weren't researched well and there is not enough research in that field. Lumbar pain syndrom is wide problem in therapy so that's why we tried to be more precise when it comes to this reserach. The results showed that most of the women had positive feedback and after few treatments they had better rage of motion. This reserach left some fields open and further reserach is needed.
