Abstract
Osnovni cilj ovog rada je praćenje zdrastvenog statusa djece prilikom upisa u programe plivanja i uspoređivanje dobivenih podataka sa populacijom djece u drugim sportovima. Istraživanje je rađeno na namjernom uzorku ispitanika unutar plivačkog kluba „Mornar“ Split i to prema podacima upisnih listova djece koja su učlanjena u periodu od 2016. godine do ožujka 2021. godine. Ispitanici su podijeljeni prema kronološkoj dobi u tri skupine: djeca predškolske dobi (4,5,6 godina), djeca koja pohađaju razrednu nastavu (7,8,9 godina) te djeca koja pohađaju predmetnu nastavu (10 do 14 godina). Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da je najveći broj djece (92%) u potpunosti zdravo, bez kroničnih bolesti dok je 8% djece program plivanja izabralo sa određenim kroničnim oboljenjem. Među ispitanicima u ovom istraživanju koji imaju neko od kroničnih stanja prevladava astma.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this thesis is to monitor the health status of children upon enrolling in swimming programs and to compare the collected data with the population of children in other sports. The research was conducted on a deliberate sample of participents within the swimming club "Mornar" in Split, according to the registration lists of children who joined between 2016 to March 2021. The subjects were divided according to chronological age into three groups: preschool children (4-6 years old), children attending class (7-9 years old) and children attending subject classes (10 to 14 years old). The results of the research showed that the majority of children (92%) are completely healthy, without chronic diseases, while 8% of children chose the swimming program while suffering a certain chronic disease. Among the subjects in this study who have any of the chronic conditions, asthma predominates.
