Rezultati
pokazuju frekvenciju srca i zastupljenost laktata u krvi. Za pretraživanje literature
korištene su sljedeće baze podataka: Google scholar, PubMed i Scopus.
veliki intenzitet natjecanja.
Abstract (english) The aim of this systematic review was to determine at what levels lactates and
heart rate move as physiological indicators in taekwondo combat. It is this kind of work
of coaches that helps to create training and indicates what they need to develop in athletes
during the training process. The studies included in this review measured physiological
indicators before, at the end of each round, and finally at the end of the entire fight. The
results show the heart rate and the presence of lactate in the blood. The following
databases were used to search the literature: Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus. The
research sample included sports at the national level, accurate representativeness, elite
athletes, and only one study took an amateur as a sample in its research. The age group
of athletes included in the research varied from 15 to 29 years. Although the majority of
the sample was male, female participants were included in the studies. The highest level
of lactate in the blood is 11.9 in the first round, or 8.4 ± 3.5 taking into account all studies,
and such a result indicates the transition of the anaerobic and aerobic threshold to the socalled
maximum lactate steady state. The highest lactate values in all modification studies
are at the end of the match. The lowest value of lactate was recorded in studies where the
research sample was represented by amateur taekwondo athletes, with an average value
of 6.53 ± 2.01 mmol / L. Participants in matches lasting 3 times 2 minutes had slightly
lower lactate values than participants in fights lasting 3 times 2 minutes regardless of the
duration of the break between rounds. Heart rate, as well as lactates, progressively
increases with each subsequent round, regardless of whether the fight is of a simulated or
competitive type, except in one research where after the second round simulation the heart
rate of the athlete experiences stagnation at 179 rpm. Athletes who participated in fights
lasting 3 times 2 minutes had a slightly lower heart rate (188 ± 8 beats / min) than athletes
participated in the match lasted 3 times 3 minutes, and their heart rate was 197 ± 2 rpm.
Changes in heart rate in the blood show a high intensity of competition.
