Abstract
U ovom završnom radu su određene koncentracije odabranih teških metala u poriluku (Allium porrum L.) koji je sakupljen u travnju 2017. godine. Poriluk je podijeljen na dvije frakcije: nadzemni dio i podzemni dio. Koncentracije odabranih teških metala su određene elektroanalitičkim metodama. Uočava se kako se veći dio teških metala, cinka, kadmija, olova i bakra, akumulirao u korijenu biljke (Zn = 34,829 μg g-1, Cd = 0,135 μg g-1, Pb = 0,947 μg g-1 te Cu = 7,965 μg g-1), dok je manja koncentracija teških metala translocirana u nadzemni dio (Zn = 19,912 μg g-1, Cd = 0,124 μg g-1, Pb = 0,369 μg g-1 te Cu = 5,497 μg g-1). Najniže koncentracije teških metala su detektirane za kadmij te iznose 0,124 μg g-1 u nadzemnom dijelu te 0,135 μg g-1 u podzemnom dijelu, dok su najviše koncentracije detektirane za cink, 19,912 μg g-1 u nadzemnom dijelu te 34,829 μg g-1 u podzemnom dijelu. .
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor thesis, concentrations of selected heavy metals in leek (Allium porrum L.) were determined. The leek was collected in April 2017. The leek was divided into two fractions: the upper part and the underground part. The concentrations of selected heavy metals were determined by electroanalytical methods. It is noted that most of the heavy metals, zinc, cadmium, lead and copper accumulated in the root of the plant (Zn = 34.829 μg g-1, Cd = 0.135 μg g-1, Pb = 0.947 μg g-1, and Cu = 7.965 μg g-1), while a lower concentration of heavy metals was translocated to the upper parts (Zn = 19.912 μg g-1, Cd = 0.124 μg g-1, Pb = 0.369 μg g-1, and Cu = 5.497 μg g-1). The lowest concentrations of heavy metals were detected for cadmium, and they amounted to 0.124 μg g-1 in the upper part and 0.135 μg g-1 in the underground fraction, while the highest concentrations were detected for zinc, 19.912 μg g-1 in the upper part and 34.829 μg g-1 in the underground fraction.
