Abstract
U ovom radu konduktometrijskom metodom provedeno je odreĎivanje specifične električne provodnosti cementnih suspenzija do 25 sati, bez dodatka i uz dodatak 5-30 mas. % mljevene otpadne graĎevinske opeke. Mjerenja su provedena u termostatu pri 20 °C i pri omjeru voda/kruto, V/K = 4. Sve dobivene krivulje ovisnosti specifične električne provodnosti o vremenu imaju sličan grafički oblik s naglašenim vrhom maksimalne provodnosti. Rezultati pokazuju da povećanje dodataka otpadne graĎevinske opeke uzrokuje pad vrijednosti specifične električne provodnosti i ubrzava početak vezivanja za dodatke 5, 10 i 30 mas. % opeke, dok za preostale dodatke opeke odgaĎa početak vezivanja. Dodatak opeke ne utječe na mehanizam odvijanja hidratacijskih procesa već na kinetičke parametre i dinamiku odvijanja procesa hidratacije cementa, budući da krivulje zadržavaju sličan oblik.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the specific electrical conductivity of the cement suspensions was determined for up to 25 hours without and with addition of 5 - 30 wt. % waste building brick. The measurements were carried out in a thermostat at 20 °C and at the water/solid ratio W/S = 4. All the resulting curves of dependence of specific electrical conductivity to hydration time have a similar graphical shape with a pronounced peak of maximum conductivity. The results show that the increase in the additions of the waste brick construction causes a fall in the value of specific electrical conductivity and accelerates the binding start for the addition of 5, 10 and 30 wt. % of brick, while the remaining brick additions delay the beginning of the binding. The addition of waste brick does not affect the mechanism of hydration processes but on the kinetic parameters and the dynamics of the process of hydration of cement since the curves retain a similar shape.
