Abstract
Pojava, razvoj i širenje društvenih mreža donose brojne promjene u našem svakodnevnom životu. Društvene mreže su uvelike utjecale i na samu komunikaciju te na razvoj novih načina komunikacije kako između pojedinaca tako i između tvrtki. Njihovu važnost za poslovanje posljednjih godina prepoznaje sve više organizacija i tvrtki, od manjih pa sve do onih većih sa snažnijim utjecajem. Način komuniciranja i brzina pružanja povratne informacije koje društvene mreže iziskuju tvrtkama su nerijetko nedostižni pa vođenje online komunikacije prepuštaju agencijama za odnose s javnošću od kojih većina u sastavu svojih timova ima osobe posebno obučene za upravljanje društvenim mrežama, tzv. community managere. Agencije za odnose s javnošću koriste društvene mreže za privlačenje novih klijenata i predstavljanje projekata na kojima rade, a putem društvenih mreža za cilj imaju poboljšati komunikaciju i interakciju s korisnicima. Važnost društvenih mreža za učinkovito poslovanje s godinama će sve više rasti, što dokazuje važnost društvenih mreža pri izradi komunikacijskog plana i strategija. Neke od ključnih društvenih mreža za učinkovite odnose s javnošću putem online medija su Twitter, Facebook, Instagram i LinkedIn, a učinkovita krizna komunikacija ključ je dobre dvosmjerne komunikacije između tvrtke i relevantnih javnosti.
Abstract (english)
Appearance, development and spreading of Social media brought many changes into our daily lifestyle, which had major impact on communication, development of new communication techniques between people and companies. Its importance in recent years is recognized by more and more organizations and companies. Mode of communication and speed of feedback that Social networks require are often unattainable for companies. Therefore, companies indulge agencies for Public Relations in order to manage their online communications. Most of agencies have people specially trained to manage Social networks as a part of their teams, so-called community managers. Agencies for Public Relations use Social media to attract new cusotmers and present projects they are working on and as a main goal they are set to increase communication and interaction with users via social media. Importance of social media will grow through the years which is already proven with importance of including social media whlile making communication plans and strategies. Some of key Social media networks for efficient Public Relations through online media are facebook, twitter, instagram and LinkedIn. Effective crisis communication is the key to good two-way communication between company and its relevant audience.
