Abstract
U ovom specijalističkom diplomskom radu analizira se uspješnost provedbe projekta „Poslujmo zajedno/Doing business together“. Prvi dio rada usredotočen je na sam pojam projekta te upravljanje istim kroz projektne faze, rizike koji se susreću u realizaciji projekta te evaluaciju završnog stanja odnosno vrednovanje projekta. Razlog tome je kako bi kasnija analiza ciljnog projekta u ovom radu bila prikazana kroz prizmu tih istih projektnih faza, rizika i upravljanja koje su spomenute u prvom dijelu jer se tako može uvidjeti povezanost teorije s provedbom jednog stvarnog projekta. Uz analizu uspješnosti projekta jedan dio rada je usmjeren i na Europske Investicijske i Strukturne fondove budući da su oni putem svog financiranja omogućili realizaciju samog projekta. Spomenuti projekt se analizira kroz usporedbu prvotnog i završnog stanja, poštivanje vremenskih rokova implementacije projektnih faza te stupanj ispunjenosti projektnih ciljeva.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the success of project „Poslujmo zajedno/Doing bussiness together“ and its implementation. First section of work is focused on projects in general and in managing them through project phases, risks they are exposed to and on evaluating their success. Reason for that is so latter analysis of project this paper is focused on can be done through comparison between theoretical knowledge and real life scenario. With analysis of project success, one section of this paper is also focused on European Structural and Investment funds since they through their financing made realization of project possible. Project in question is analyzed through comparison between intial and final state of project focus group, tracking were project phases implemented before deadline and to what extent were project goals achieved.
