Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom želi se istražiti interakcija financijskog trenja hotelske industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj te se nastoji utvrditi postoji li statistički značajna povezanost između pokazatelja trenutne likvidnosti s brzim odnosom, tekućim omjerom, prosječnim troškom kamate i koeficijentom ulaganja. U svrhu analize promatra se financijski kapital hrvatske hotelske industrije odnosno povezanost koeficijenta financiranja s pokrićem kamate iz EBITDA, prosječnim troškom kamate te ekonomičnosti financijskih aktivnosti poduzeća u promatranom razdoblju. Povezanost ljudskog i financijskog kapitala promatrala se kroz povezanost EBITDA marže s danima konverzije u novac, EBIT maržom, povratom na vlasnički kapital ROE, povratom na aktivu ROA, prosječnom mjesečnom bruto i neto plaćom te ukupnim udjelom troškova osoblja u poslovnim prihodima poduzeća. U analizi su promatrani financijski pokazatelji 76 hrvatskih hotela u razdoblju 2013. – 2017 godine. U svrhu odgovora na istraživačka pitanja i dokazivanja hipoteze izuzev teorijskih pretpostavki provedena je regresijska analiza podataka te analiza samoorganizirajućih neuronskih mreža.
Abstract (english)
This diploma paper aims to investigate the interaction of financial friction in Croatia hotel industry and aims to determine whether there is a statistically significant colleration between current liquidity indicators with quick ratio, current ratio, average interest cost and investment coefficient. For the purpose of the analysis, the financial capital of the Croatian hotel industry is observed the connection of the financing coefficient with the coverage of interest from EBITDA, the average cost of interest and the economy of the financial activities of the company in the observed period. The correlation between human and financial capital was observed through the EBITDA margins with cash conversion days, EBIT margin, ROE, ROA, average monthly gross and net salary and total share of employee costs in the company's operating income. The analysis was carried out on the basis of financial indicators of 76 Croatian hotels between 2013 and 2017. For the purpose of responding to research questions and proving hypotheses other than theoretical assumptions, regression analysis of data and analysis of self-organizing neural networks was conducted.
