Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je kamatni račun. Kamatni račun podrazumijeva izračunavanje naknade koju dužnik mora platiti vjerovniku u određenom vremenskom roku od trenutka dizanja kredita jer mu je vjerovnik dao pravo upravljanja određenom svotom novca. U radu ćemo obraditi načine računanja jednostavnih i složenih kamata, teoriju kamatnih stopa, akumulacijske faktore i inflaciju. Kroz teoriju renti ćemo obraditi sve što je potrebno da bi poglavlje zaključili osnovnim i najčešćim načinom otplate kredita. Rad završavamo poglavljem vrijednosni papiri u kojem ćemo ukratko objasniti dionice i malo više pažnje posvetiti obveznicama.
Abstract (english)
Subject of this paper is interest rate measurement. Interest rate measurement means calculating the fee that debitor needs to repay creditor during specific time period for giving him a specific amount of money on loan. This paper will cover methods for calculating simple and compound interest, theory of interest rates, accumulation factors and inflation. Through the theory of loans we will gather all the knowledge required for concluding the chapter with basic and most used method for loan repayment. We will end this paper with securities, by short explanation of stocks, and a little more attention to bonds.
