Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjene su kontrolne karte koje su jedan od glavnih alata u statističkoj kontroli procesa. Kontrolna je karta grafički prikaz karakteristike kvalitete koja je izmjerena ili izračunata iz uzorka u odnosu na broj uzorka ili vrijeme. Najčešće korištene kontrolne karte su: Shewhartova kontrolna karta, CUSUM kontrolna karta i EWMA kontrolna karta. Najpoznatije Shewhartove kontrolne karte su \{\bar{x}}\ kontrolna karta za praćenje očekivanja procesa i R kontrolna karta za praćenje varijabilnosti procesa. Koristimo ih kada nas zanimaju veliki pomaci od očekivanja procesa. Kada nas zanimaju mali pomaci od očekivanja procesa, koristimo CUSUM i EWMA kontrolnu kartu. U slučaju da želimo pratiti više povezanih karakteristika kvalitete odjednom, koristit ćemo multivarijatnu Hotelling \{T^{2}\} kontrolnu kartu.
Abstract (english)
This paper contains an explanation of control charts, which are one of the main tools in statistical process control. Control chart is a graphical representation of a quality characteristic, measured or calculated from a sample versus sample number or time. The most commonly used control charts are: Shewhart control chart, CUSUM control chart and EWMA control chart. The most famous Shewhart control charts are the x control chart for monitoring the process mean and the R control chart for monitoring the process variability. We use them when we are interested in detecting large shifts from process mean. When we are interested in detecting small shifts from process mean, we use CUSUM and EWMA control charts. In case we want to monitor several related quality characteristics at once, we will use the multivariate Hotelling \{T^{2}\} control chart.
