Abstract
U ovom radu cilj je bio opisati Weibullovu distribuciju. Opisana je povijest istraživanja distribucije. Opisani su i objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi vezani za Weibullovu distribuciju poput funkcije distribucije i funkcije gustoće. Ilustriran je utjecaj promjena parametara na distribuciju i izvedene su numeričke karakteristike, odnosno r-ti centralni moment, očekivanje i varijanca. U drugom dijelu rada definirani su osnovni pojmovi u teoriji pouzdanosti kako bi se mogle razumjeti primjene u stvarnim problemima, te su opisane primjene Weibullove distribucije u inženjerstvu pouzdanosti, određivanju brzine vjetra, farmakokinetici, šumarstvu i građevini.
Abstract (english)
In this paper main goal was to define and explain Weibull distribution. In the first part historical aspect is described. In the second part, the Weibull density function and distribution function are described. It is illustrated how changes in parameters affect the distribution, and the numerical characteristics of the distribution are calculated. In the last part, the main concepts of reliability theory are defined and the application of Weibull distribution in reliability engineering, determining wind speeds, pharmacokinetics, forestry and in civil engineering are shown.
