Abstract
Ovaj rad se fokusira na detekciju alternativnog izrezivanja pomoću bioinformatičkih alata kao što su STAR i AStalavista. Pruža teoretsku pozadinu o alternativnom izrezivanju i objašnjava kako se ovi alati mogu koristiti za analizu genetskih podataka. Rad također uključuje implementaciju prilagođenih skripti za usporedbu poravnavanja očitavanja s događajima spajanja i vizualizaciju rezultata putem histogramima.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on the detection of alternative splicing using bioinformatics tools such as STAR and AStalavista. It provides a theoretical background on alternative splicing and explains how these tools can be used for analyzing genetic data. The paper also includes the implementation of custom scripts for comparing read alignments with splicing events and visualizing the results through histograms.
