Abstract
Imedijatna proteza nadomješta izgubljene zube i pripadajuća tkiva, a izrađuje se prije ekstakcije zuba dok se u usnu šupljinu postavlja neposredno nakon ekstrakcije zuba. Ima ulogu u očuvanju fizionomije, fonacije, estetike i funkcije. Prije izrade potrebno je uzeti detaljnu anamnezu, obaviti klinički pregled i analizirati rendgenske snimke, a zatim pacijentu objasniti postupke i vrijeme izrade. Bitno je da pacijent spozna kako je njegova suradnja izrazito bitna kao i njegova realna očekivanja s obzirom na mogućnosti prilikom izrade. Nakon plana terapije prije kojeg terapeut sagleda sve prednosti i nedostatke izrade, indikacije i kontraindikacije, može početi izrada imedijatne proteze, a čiji postupci trebaju biti precizni. Pacijentu je prilikom predaje potrebno objasniti upute o higijeni i nošenju proteze, te ga naručiti na redovne kontrole i po potrebi podlagati protezu
Abstract (english)
Immediate denture replaces lost teeth and associated tissues, and was made before tooth extraction and is placed in the oral cavity immediately after tooth extraction. It has a role in preserving physiognomy, phonation, aesthetics and functions. Before making it, it is necessary to take a detailed history, perform a clinical review, and analyze the rtg images, and then explain the procedures and time to the patient. It is important for the patient to know that his co-operation is extremely important as well as his realistic expectations with regard to the possibilities for making. After the therapy plan, before the therapist sees all the advantages and disadvantages of making, indicating and contraindications, the immediate denture can be started and its procedures need to be precise. When submitting a patient, the patient needs to explain hygiene and prosthesis instructions and order it for regular control and, if necessary undergo prosthesis.
