Abstract
T-scan sustava pruža mogućnost analize broja kontakata, površinu, vrijeme njihova trajanja,odnosno ukupno okluzalno opterećenje i raspored sila. T-scan sustav kompjuterske analize okluzije je zbog mogućnosti registracije okluzalnih sila i prikaza njihove distribucije duž zubnog luka podjednako efikasan i u dijagnostici te isto tako i u terapiji. Primjena T-Scan sustava u dijagnostici i terapiji može spriječiti nastanak traumatske okluzije sa posljedicama na parodontno tkivo odnosno spriječiti bolove u orofacijalnom području. U radu je prikazan i klinički slučaj kojim je dan uvid u praktičnu primjenu T-Scan sustava.
Abstract (english)
T-Scan system provides us the possibility of analyzing number of contacts, their distribution, timing and occlusal forces. T-scan system is due to the possiblity of registration occlusal forces and display their distribution along the arch equally effective in diagnosis and in therapy. Application of the T-scan system in diagnosis and treatment can help prevent traumatic occlusion with the possible consequences on the periodontal tissues and prevent pain in the orofacial area. With a case report is given an insight into the practical application of the T-Scan system.
