Abstract (english)
Targeted biologics have been successfully used for the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis. However, in parallel with the increasing use of biological agents, the number of paradoxical adverse events (PAEs) has also increased. We report a case of a palmoplantar pustular reaction in a patient with severe psoriasis treated with ixekizumab.
