Abstract
Ultrazvuk u hitnoj dijagnostici fokusira se na upotrebu ultrazvuka u hitnoj medicini i detekciji životno ugrožavajućih stanja. Sistematizacija pregleda i opisivanje po navedenim protokolima nude brojne pogodnosti u svakodnevnom radu. Upravo protokoli dovode do uštede vremena, veće dosljednosti i smanjene mogućnosti preskakanja vizualizacije određene strukture. Značajan je rad uložen u napredak tehnologije zbog čega ima mnogo pozitivnih rezultata i prednosti u korištenja ultrazvuka. Koristi se u više medicinskih specijalnosti, ne samo u radiologiji, no i dalje je potrebno koristiti druge radiološke metode vizualizacije za kompletnu dijagnostiku. Danas se ultrazvuk u hitnoj dijagnostici koristi kao dijagnostičko sredstvo kod plućnih i srčanih bolesti, potom u kardiopulmonalnoj reanimaciji, detekciji duboke venske tromboze, pedijatriji, oftalmologiji i muskuloskeletnim poremećajima. Također se koristi kao pomoćno sredstvo u vođenju medicinskih postupaka kao što su otvaranje arterijskog i venskog puta, torakalna drenaža, evakuacija ascitesa, davanje blokade živaca te aspiracija zglobova i intraartikularna primjena lijekova. Najčešće korišteni protokoli u hitnoj medicini su ACES, BLUE, FALLS, FAST, FATE FOCUS i RUSH. Ključne riječi: ultrazvuk, protokol, hitna dijagnostika
Abstract (english)
Ultrasound in emergency diagnostics focuses on the use of ultrasound in emergency medicine and the detection of life-threatening conditions. Systematization of examinations and descriptions according to the mentioned protocols offer numerous advantages in daily practice. It is the protocols that lead to time savings, greater consistency and a reduction in the possibility of skipping the visualization of a certain structure. Considerable work has been invested in the advancement of the technology itself, and that is exactly why we see many positive results and advantages of using ultrasound. It is used in several medical specialties, not only in radiology, but it is still necessary to use other radiological visualization methods for complete diagnostics. Nowadays, ultrasound is used in emergency medicine as a diagnostic tool in lung and heart diseases, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, detection of deep vein thrombosis, pediatrics, ophthalmology and musculoskeletal disorders. It is also used as a toll in guided medical procedures such as arterial and venous opening, thoracic drainage, ascites evacuation, nerve block administration and joint aspiration and injection. Most common protocol used in emergency medicine are ACES, BLUE, FALLS, FAST, FATE FOCUS i RUSH.
