Hospitals are the most expensive place to provide palliative care while home palliative care has many benefits for palliative patients and their families. Complete care and coordination of health care for individuals, families and local communities demands from family physicians to use teamwork and multidisciplinary approach to the care of the population who elected him. If necessary, this expands the inclusion of health and non-health professionals.
