In this paper are described the problems of transfer and kontratransfera in a Sorority. Therapeutic communication is a form of communication that it wants to help others, and that's not the goal and purpose of the "giving" and "receiving" messages for their informational value, already doing their therapeutic effect on others. Transfer is a transfer of emotions of the patient that the patient is experienced in childhood, according to significant persons, and it is in the first row, and other relatives, to the therapist (nurse). At the core of the psihoterapijskog of transfer, as well as the main object of the relationship, there is empathy. She presents the possibility of emotional comprehension of another individual. At kontratransfera, it's about the relationship between therapist (nurses) and the patient. Analogous to the situation with the transfer, kontratransfer-terapeutovi feelings in connection with the patient are omnipresent, unavoidable and they have great therapeutic importance. Positive kontratransferni feelings, as a strong desire to take care of the patient, can be problematic for therapists and treatment.
