Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu želimo pojasniti na koji način stabilni želučani pentadekapeptid BPC 157 sudjeluje u liječenju reperfuzijske ozljede i njegovo međudjelovanje sa NO sustavom. BPC 157 ima vrlo značajan učinak u cijeljenju, a isto tako utječe i na sve događaje koji uslijede nakon gubitka vaskularnog integriteta (ovisno o uvjetima, on smanjuje trombozu ili smanjuje krvarenje, tj. trompocitopeniju). Stimulirajući ekspresiju gena erg-1 i NaB2 gena, BPC 157 poboljšava proces cijeljenja u... More cijelom nizu različitih modela ozljeda, akutnih ili kroničnih. NO sustav je ključni sistem u cijeljenju rana. Organizam proizvodi NO od aminokiseline L-arginina uz pomoć sintetaze dušičnoga monoksida (NOS).NO sustav ima svojih korisnih ali i štetnih učinaka.U području reperfuzijske ozljede mogu se dogoditi daljnja oštećenja gdje se dodatno povećava proizvodnja škodljivih superoksidnih i hidroksilnih radikala. Tako NO nastaje “u krivo vrijeme na krivom mjestu” u velikim količinama.Zbog takvih okolnosti NO se ponaša kao tipičan slobodni radikal i uništava okolno tkivo. Blagotvorni učinci BPC-a 157 u reperfuzijskoj ozljedi i njegov uzajaman odnos sa NO sustavom dovode do brzog vraćanja opskrbe krvlju u području reperfuzijske ozljede i brzoj aktivaciji kolateralnih elemenata. Abstract (english)
In this work we want to clarify how the stable gastric pentadecapeptide BPC 157 participates in the treatment of reperfusion injury and its interaction with the NO system. BPC 157 has a very significant effect on the whole, and also affects all events that occur after loss of vascular integrity (depending on conditions, it reduces thrombosis or reduces bleeding, ie thrombocytopenia). The NO system is a key system in wound healing. The organism produces NO of amino acid L-arginine with the help of nitric oxide synthase (NOS). NO system has its useful but damaging effects. In the area of reperfusion injury further damage may occur where the production of harmful superoxide and hydroxyl radicals is further increased.Thus NO is generated "in the wrong time in the wrong place" in large quantities.Because of these circumstances,NO acts as a typical free radical and destroys the surrounding tissue. The adverse effects of BPC 157 in reperfusion injury and its interrelated relationship with the NO system lead to a rapid return of blood supply in the area of reperfusion injury and rapid activation of collateral elements.
