Abstract
Kako raste svijest o vlastitom fizičkom izgledu, ponajprije što se tiče područja lica, tako nekirurške metode pomlađivanja lica postaju jedne od najraširenijih nekirurških zahvata. Prije pristupanja pojedinoj nekiruškoj metodi bitno je detaljno analiziranje pacijentova lica te poznavanje procesa starenja kože. Analiza lica uključuje procjenu anatomije lica, odnosno procjenu simetričnosti i proporcionalnosti pacijentova lica u cijelosti te pojedinih njegovih dijelova. Osim navedenog, potrebno je uzeti u obzir objektivno poimanje ljepote i pacijentove želje. Među velikim brojem danas prisutnih nekirurških metoda pomlađivanja lica u ovome su radu obrađene injekcije botulinum toksina koje se već dugi niz godina nalaze na vrhu najizvođenijih nekirurških metoda diljem svijeta. Nastavlja se s hijaluronskim filerima, također jednom od danas popularnijih metoda, objašnjeni su i kemijski pilinzi koji bilježe pad u korištenju te se na kraju spominje PRP metoda kao jedna od novijih metoda u području pomlađivanja lica. Svaki od navedenih načina pomlađivanja lica ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke koji se uzimaju u obzir kod odabira pacijenata i tretmana pojedinog dijela lica.
Abstract (english)
As people nowadays concentrate more on their physical appearance, especially on the facial area, the nonsurgical facial rejuvenation procedures become one of the most widespread nonsurgical procedures. It is important to analyze patient's face in detail and to understand the skin ageing process before performing nonsurgical facial procedures. Facial analysis includes an assessment of the patient's facial symmetry and proportions. Objective concept of the beauty and patient's wishes are also to be considered during the evaluation of the patient. A great variety of nonsurgical facial rejuvenation procedures are available at this moment. This paper deals with botulinum toxin injection which is the most common aesthetic procedure performed worldwide. Other procedures mentioned in this paper include hyaluronic acid filler, the second most common aesthetic procedure performed nowadays, chemical peels and platelet-rich plasma as one of the relatively new nonsurgical facial rejuvenation procedures. Each of these procedures has its advantages and disadvantages that are taken into account when selecting a patient and treating a particular part of the face.
