Abstract Kvaliteta u zdravstvu odavna intrigira ljude: svi oduvijek teže primiti kvalitetnu
zdravstvenu skrb.
u potpunosti ispune, osobito u trenucima bolesti i nemoći.
kvalitetna zdravstvena njega treba postati najvažniji cilj. Međutim, da bi medicinske
sestre mogle pružiti kontinuiranu, suvremenu i sveobuhvatnu zdravstvenu njegu,
moraju razvijati načine pružanja iste: analizirati, istraživati, kontrolirati, uspoređivati i
unaprjeđivati pokazatelje kvalitete – koristan alat za unaprjeđenje iste. Pokazatelji
kvalitete u zdravstvenoj njezi: bol, bolničke infekcije, primopredaja bolesnika,
sestrinska dokumentacija i zadovoljstvo pacijenata.
u zdravstvenoj njezi i ukloniti ih u svrhu ostvarivanja kvalitetne zdravstvene njege. U
recentnom literaturom. Potrebne su korjenite promjene unutar procesa zdravstvene
njege kojima medicinske sestre trebaju svakodnevno težiti.
Abstract (english) Quality in healthcare has always intrigued people – everyone is always striving
to receive quality health care. Patients and their families want their expectations to be
fully met, especially in times of illness and powerlessness. Health care professionals
also strive to work in an environment where they can provide quality healthcare as
guaranteed by the Healthcare Act. Nurses, as the most numerous healthcare
professionals, have long been quite marginalized, although their importance in the
health care system is beyond question. The practice of nursing, according to the
Nursing Act, encompasses the knowledge, skills and procedures of nursing, which
makes them the sole carriers of the nursing care.
There are many definitions of nursing care. Common to all definitions is that
the patient is in the focus. Therefore, quality nursing care should become the most
important goal. However, for nurses to provide continuous, comprehensive and up –
to – date nursing care, they must develop ways of delivering it: analyzing,
researching, controlling, comparing and improving quality indicators – a useful tool for
improving. Quality indicators in nursing care are used to identify areas in nursing care
that need improvement. This thesis includes seven important indicators of quality in
nursing care: pain, hospital infections, patient referrals, nursing documentation and
patient satisfaction.
With knowledge and skills, as well as experience, it is necessary to find critical,
weak points in health care and remove them in order to achieve quality nursing care.
Good examples from the Republic of Croatia and the world can be used in this, but
also recent literature. There is a need for radical change within the nursing care
process that nurses need to strive for on a daily basis.
