Abstract
Playground za simfonijski orkestar je skladba pisana za diplomski ispit na Muzičkoj akademiji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Kako propozicije nalažu sastav je simfonijski orkestar. Prilikom pisanja ove skladbe od velike pomoći su mi bile i prethodne kompozicije koje su pisane za određene grupe instrumenata (gudački orkestar, puhački kvintet, brass ansambl itd.). Vodeći se svojim glazbenim senzibilitetom kompoziciju sam strukturirao na klasičniji način korištenjem tematskog materijala, standardnom orkestracijom i dispozicijom kontrastnih dijelova. Iz načina na koji izlažem i radim s glazbenim materijalom, kao i samog čina orkestriranja, je proizašao i naslov skladbe.
