Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se MIDI protokolom kao jednim od najznačajnijih tehnoloških dostignuća u povijesti glazbe. Autor ovog rada detaljno opisuje strukturu MIDI-ja, njegovu povijest (i budućnost), te utjecaj MIDI protokola na razvoj glazbe. Spomenut će se neki od značajnijih hardverskih i softverskih glazbenih uređaja koji podržavaju MIDI, a također će se istražiti i njihova primjena u procesu stvaranja glazbe.
