Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu pisat ću o početnoj nastavi klavira. Istražit ću razvoj glazbenih sposobnosti od rođenja djeteta do školske dobi što određuje dob u kojoj je dijete sposobno učiti klavir te opisati procese i faze kroz koje prolaze učenici u procesu upoznavanja samog instrumenta i učenja notnog sustava. Proučit ću metode učenja i vježbanja, motivaciju učenika te odabir primjerene literature. Za ovaj diplomski rad koristila sam udžbenike i stručnu literaturu na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku te stručne časopise koji se bave problematikom početne nastave klavira.
