Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je prikaz glavnih tehnika sviranja baroknog roga. Na samom početku ukratko je opisana povijest njegovog nastanka, a u nastavku se detaljno obrađuju tri tehnike pomoću kojih se može svirati ovaj instrument: sviranje s rukom u lijevku zvučnika, sviranje pomoću rupica i sviranje popuštanjem usnica. O navedenim tehnikama autor ovog rada proveo je osobnu komunikaciju u vidu intervjua putem elektroničke pošte s ponajboljim profesorima i izvođačima baroknog roga u Europi. Postavljena pitanja odnose se na specifičnosti koje su usko vezane uz spomenute tehnike sviranja baroknog roga, a odgovori na ta pitanja čine glavni dio ovoga rada.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis includes the survey of the main techniques of playing the Baroque horn. At the beginning of the thesis, a brief presentation of the origin and the history of Baroque horn is included. Further, the three types of techniques used to play this instrument are described: playing with the hand held in the bell, playing with the help of the vent holes and playing with the embouchure. The said techniques were discussed via email with the best professors and the Baroque horn instrumentalists in Europe. The questions asked to interviewees also covered other specificities that are closely linked to the technique of playing the Baroque horn in general. The answers to the questions were included in this graduate thesis.
