Abstract
Upravljanje talentima je jedan od ključnih strateških zadataka menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala. U današnjim uvjetima je vidljiv nedostatak kvalitetnih zaposlenika, stoga talenti u organizaciji predstavljaju ključan resurs koji je presudan za opstanak i razvoj zaposlenika. Cilj rada je objasniti svrhu i funkciju menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala, kao i detaljno pojasniti važnost talenata, njihovo upravljanje i razvoj. Sljedeći je cilj istaknuti znanje kao jednu od važnih komponenti svake organizacije te na koji način se ulaže u znanje i obrazovanje zaposlenika. Sve navedeno će se prikazati na primjeru tvrtke BIPA d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Managing talents is one of the key strategic human resource management tasks. In today's conditions there is a noticeable lack of quality employees, therefore talents in organization represent a key resource which is crucial for survival and employee development. The aim of this paper is to explain the purpose and function of human resources management, as well as to detail the importance of talents, their management and development. It then aims to highlight knowledge as one of the important components of each organization and explain how to invest in knowledge and education of employees. All of the above will be displayed on the example of BIPA d.o.o.
