Abstract
U vremenu kojim vlada slobodno tržište sa stalnim promjenama i nesigurnosti u okruženju te sve agresivnijom konkurencijom , svaki proizvođač nastoji pobijediti nad tom konkurencijom, ili barem spriječiti vlastitu propast. Za opstanak na konkurentom tržištu poduzeća trebaju ostvariti što veći profit uz što manji trošak proizvodnje. Prilikom racionalizacije takvog cilja veliku važnost zauzima primjena „Proizvodnje bez zaliha“ (eng. JIT-Just in time). Just-in-time proizvodnja ostvaruje ciljeve kroz nekoliko elemenata: smanjenje zaliha robe, smanjenje troškova, efikasno upravljanje materijalom te poboljšanje kvaliteta proizvoda. Implementacija sustava „nultih zaliha“ pozitivno utječe na poslovanje poduzeća u okviru stabilnog globalnog tržišta.
Abstract (english)
A time ruled by the free market with constant changes and uncertainties in the environment and increasingly aggressive competition, each manufacturer seeks to beat that competition, or at least prevent its own downfall. To survive in a competitive market, companies need to achieve as much as possible profit with the lowest possible cost of production. In rationalizing such a goal, it is of great importance application „Production without stocks“ (eng.JIT-Just in time). Just-in-time production achieves goals through several elements of reducing inventory of goods reducing costs, efficient management material and improving product quality. Zero inventory system implementation affects positively the company´s operations within a stable global market.
