Abstract
Glavna uloga niskougljične strategije je da opskrba energijom bude sigurna te, da njezino korištenje ne ugrožava okoliš. Jedan od ključnih faktora je da bude zadovoljena cijena, kvalitetan život ljudi te funkcioniranje gospodarstva i cjelokupnog društva. Izvori energije iz kojih će se do 2050. godine opskrbljivati kućanstva, industrija i ostalo već se danas projektiraju i grade. Glavni ciljevi Republike Hrvatske su da se obavezno smanji razine emisije stakleničkih plinova koji smanjuju prostor za upotrebu fosilnih goriva a u prvi plan stave tehnologije obnovljivih izvora energije.
Abstract (english)
The main role of the low – carbon strategy is to ensure security of energy supply and that its use does not endanger the environment. One of the key factors is to meet the prise, quality of life and the functioning of the economy and society as a whole households industry and other things are already being designed and built today. The main goals of the Republic Croatia are to reduce the levels of greenhouse gas emissions that reduce the space for the use of fossil fuels and put renewable energy tehnologies in the foreground.
