Abstract Svaka uspješna tvrtka iza sebe ima više faktora u koja ulaže sredstva i energiju da se usavrši i da oni pridonesu najboljim rezultatima. Također, svaka tvrtka ulaže u ono od čega ima najviše koristi i od čega profitira, ali isto tako, važno je to napraviti na najbolji mogući način, da zadovolji određene kriterije, da posao koji obavlja bude uspješan i u skladu s ciljevima tvrtke. Bitan dio svake organizacije su ljudski resursi/ kapital. Ljudski kapital je sve ono unutar organizacije što se odnosi na produktivnosti radnika na temelju njihove obuke i radnog iskustva. Ljudski resursi, odnosno njihova znanja, sposobnosti, vještine i kompetencije su ključni faktori za uspješnost poslovanja organizacije. U ljude je potrebno ulagati i voditi računa o tome da se osjećaju zadovoljni i motivirani na svom radnom mjestu i da se usavršavaju u svom poslu i pridonose svojoj tvrtki. Kažemo da su ljudski resursi bitan dio svakog kolektiva zato pridonose kvaliteti poslovanja, a njihova motivacija i način rada uvelike pridonose poslovanju tvrtke u kojoj rade. Zbog toga, ljudski kapital pridonosi konkurentnosti neke tvrtke naspram druge. Ljudi koji su zaposleni pridonose i imidžu tvrtke i kvaliteti usluge. Zbog toga se ljudski resursi smatraju bitnim dijelom kolektiva i svaka tvrtka bi trebala ulagati u svoje radnike. Različita znanja, talenti i sposobnosti se trebaju konstantno graditi i usavršavati i u njih bi se trebalo ulagati jer kako raste zaposlenik taklo raste i tvrtka.
Abstract (english) Every successful company has several factors behind it in which it invests resources and energy, to improve and contribute to the best results. Also, every company invests in what it benefits most from and what it profits from, but also, it is important to do it in the best possible way, to meet certain criteria, to make the work it does successful and in line with the company's goals. An important part of any organization is human resources / capital. Human capital is everything within an organization that relates to worker productivity based on their training and work experience. Human resources, ie their knowledge, abilities, skills and competencies are key factors for the success of the organization's business. It is necessary to invest in people and take care that they feel satisfied and motivated in their workplace and that they improve in their work and contribute to their company. We say that human resources are an important part of every team because they contribute to the quality of business, their motivation and way of working greatly contribute to the business of the company in which they work. Therefore, we can also mention that the human capital contributes to the competitiveness of one company over another. People who are employed also contribute to the company's image and the quality of service. Therefore, human resources are considered an essential part of the collective and every company should invest in its workers. Different knowledge, talents and abilities need to be constantly built and improved and should be invested in, because as the employee grows, so does the company.
