Abstract
Suvremena prodaja kombinira nove alate i tehnike, kao što je digitalna prodaja, zatim korištenje društvenih medija koje olakšavaju pronaći i povezati se s potencijalnim kupcima i postići moderan prodajni uspjeh. Suvremena prodaja počinje promjenom načina razmišljanja za prodavače, voditelje prodaje i rukovoditelje u području prodaje. U suvremenom pristupu prodaje prodavač vodi potencijalnog kupca u donošenju odluka o kupnji gdje je prodavač saveznik i savjetnik. Suvremeni prodavač trebao bi biti slušatelj više od govornika. Ponuda mora biti prilagođena potrebama kupaca. Pametan i dobro obučen prodajni tim prepoznaje razumijevanje ljudskih potreba te na taj način obavlja uspješnu prodaju. Suvremene tendencije u prodaji okrenute su intenzivnom korištenju digitalne tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
Modern sales combine new tools and techniques, such as digital sales, then the use of social media that make it easier to find and connect with potential customers and achieve modern sales success. Modern sales begins with a change of mindset for salespeople, sales managers and sales executives. In the modern sales approach, the se ller guides the potential buyer in making purchase decisions where the seller is an ally and advisor. A modern salesperson should be a listener more than a speaker. The offer must be tailored to the needs of customers. A smart and well-trained sales team recognizes the understanding of human needs and thus performs successful sales. Contemporary sales trends are geared towards the intensive use of digital technology.
