Abstract
Na ponašanje potrošača u kupovnom procesu utječe veliki broj čimbenika te je za uspješnu prilagodbu željama i potrebama potrošača potrebno napraviti kvalitetnu segmentaciju tržišta. Ponašanje potrošača u kupovnom procesu se uvelike razlikuje između različitih generacija. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati ponašanje generacije Y, takozvanih Milenijalaca, u kupovini. Milenijalci su zahtijevan tržišni segment koji je odrastao u doba najveće tehnološke ekspanzije. Karakterizira ih visoka informiranost, potreba za drugačijim i inovativnim proizvodima i uslugama te točno znaju što u kupnji žele i kako do toga doći. Anketnim upitnikom će se prikazati ponašanje Milenijalaca na području Splitsko- dalmatinske županije.
Abstract (english)
Consumer behavior in the purchasing process is influenced by a large number of factors that, in order to successfully adapt to the wishes and needs of consumers, it is necessary to create a quality market segmentation. Consumer behavior in the buying process varies greatly between different generations. The aim of this paper is to show the behavior of generation Y, the so-called Millennials, in shopping. Millennials are market segment that grew up in a time of greatest technological expansion. They are characterized as highly informed, they need different and innovative products and services, they know exactly what they want in shopping and how to get there. The survey questionnaire will show the behavior of Millennials in the Split- Dalmatia County.
