Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je poslovna etika na primjeru Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska. Poslovna etika je pojam o kojem se počelo voditi računa početkom 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća. Uz pojam poslovnu etiku se veže odnos prema kupcima, odnos prema zaposlenici, briga o okolišu. Danas su posebno važni ciljevi za očuvanje Zemlje i smanjivanje zagađivanja okoliša, smanjnje upotrebe plastike. No, ni ostale stavke poslovne etike nisu zanemarivane i o njima se vodi računa. Najbolji primjer za prikaz poslovne etike je Coca-Cola. Jedna od najvećih kompanija u svijetu i u Hrvtaskoj. Kroz rad su prikazani Coca-Colini projketi, ciljevi ali i ne etičnosti.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the final paper is business ethics on the example of Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska. History of business ethics started in the 60-es of the last century. Business ethics refers to the employees, refers to the customers, and referts to takes for the environment. Today, the goals of preserving the Earth and reducing environmental pollution, reducing the use of plastics are especially important. However, other items of business ethics have not been neglected. The best example to show business ethics is company Coca-Cola. One of the largest companies in the world and in Croatia. The final paper presents Coca-Cola's projects, goals, but also nonethics.
