Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je prikazati kako definiranje pravila fizike u trodimenzionalnom prostoru igrice može stvoriti interaktivno područje za igrača. Kao okruženje za izradu koristi se Unreal Engine 4 (UE4), kroz rad su objašnjene neke osnovne stvari potrebne za dizajniranje svijeta u kojem se nalazi igrač i njegov kontakt s okruženjem. Nakon analize tehničkih pojmova koji se koriste u UE4 dolazi se do postavljanja pravila ponašanja objekata u prostoru. Imitacijom primjera iz stvarnog svijeta pokazat će se mogućnosti korištenja baznih klasa kako bi definirali ponašanje objekta u prostoru i u nekoj sceni. U ovom radu fizička ograničenja su prikazana na imitaciji objekta klackalice, odskočne daske, poluge, katapulta i mehaničke ruke. S određivanjem pravila ponašanja ovih objekata prikazan je jedan od mogućih načina stvaranja interakcije između sadržaja igre i igrača. Na primjer, prilikom opterećenja odskočna daska će amortizirati teret te odbaciti ga i vratiti se u prvobitni položaj, kao što bi igrač i očekivao.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper the goal is to show how defining law of physics in 3D space of a game can create an interactive world for a player. As an environment for creation, we will be using Unreal Engine 4 (UE4), we are gonna go through basic things needed for designing world in which player can interact with the virtual world. After analysis of technical terms used in UE4 we will see ways to define rules of physics. By imitating objects from the real world we'll see the possibilities of UE4 base classes for defining object behavior in space or scene. Objects in this paper represent spring board, seesaw, leverage, catapult and mechanical arm. By setting these behaviors it shows one of the possibilities of creating interaction between game content and a player. As an example, spring board will absorb the load, throw away load and move back to original position just like a player would expect it.
