Abstract
Konstantan rast populacije, razvoj tehnologije i inovacija, te globalizacija ekonomije susreću poduzeća s problemima koji često mogu dovesti i do poslovne krize u poslovanju ako nam odluke nisu pravodobne i ispravne. Kako bi rizike sveli na minimum poduzeće mora konstantno analizirati poslovanje tvrtke, a ako se naĎe u krizi obično se provodi restrukturiranje poslovanja. Odnosno provodi se strateško i financijsko restrukturiranje. U ovom radu razraĎen je pojam krize, uzrok krize i vrste krize, ekonomska COVID 19 kriza, analiza poslovanja putem financijskih izvještaja, te predviĎanje daljnjeg razvoja krize. Naglasak u radu je stavljen na izbor antikrizne strategije za ozdravljenje avio kompanija.
Abstract (english)
Constant population growth, the development of technology and innovation, and the globalization of the economy are facing companies with problems that can often lead to a business crisis if our decisions are not timely and correct. In order to minimize the risks, the company must constantly analyze the company‟s business, and if it finds itself in a crisis, business restructuring is usually carried out. That is carried out strategic and financial restructuring. This paper elaborates the concept of crisis, the cause of the crisis and the type of crisis, economic COVID 19 crisis, business analysis through financial statements, and forecasting the further development of the crisis. Emphasis in the paper is placed on the choice of anti-crisis strategy for the recovery of airlines.
