Abstract
Računalne mreže su temelj na kojem se gradi tehnologija budućnosti, a u osnovnoj teoriji podrazumijevaju dva i više povezanih uređaja koji međusobno komuniciraju s ciljem dijeljenja informacija i podataka. Ukupna količina mrežnih paketa koji prolaze kroz računalnu mrežu nazivamo mrežnim prometom. Praćenje i analiza mrežnog prometa predstavlja hvatanje i rad s uhvaćenim mrežnim paketima kao i uvoz i izvoz paketa. U ovom završnom radu izlaže se primjena i mogućnosti Wireshark i Ettercap alata u funkciji praćenja i analize mrežnog prometa.
Abstract (english)
Computer networks are the foundation on which the technology of the future is built, and in basic theory they involve two or more devices that communicate with each other with the aim of allocate information and data. The total amount of network packets that pass through a computer network is called network traffic. Monitoring and analysis of network traffic include capturing packets, work with captured network packets as well as the import and export of packets. This final paper presents the application and capabilities of Wireshark and Ettercap tools in the function of monitoring and analyzing network traffic.
