Abstract
Obnovljivi izvori energije nalaze sve veću primjenu u proizvodnji električne energije. Sunce se smatra jednim od prihvatljivijih izvora energije. Sunčeva energija se iskorištava preko fotonaponskih ćelija u kojima se primjenom fotonaponskog efekta pretvara se u električnu energiju. Uočava se porast potrošača koji, za svoje potrebe, postavljaju fotonaponske ćelije. Glavni čimbenik te odluke krije se iza ekoloških ili financijskih razloga. Za projekt solarne elektrane potrebna je izrada prateće dokumentacije. Također, potrebno je prilagoditi tehnički dio, opremu i proračun prema važećim Pravilnicima usaglašeno s Propisima Europske unije glede sufinanciranja izgradnje.
Abstract (english)
Renewable energy sources are increasingly used in the production of electricity. The sun is considered one of the more acceptable sources of energy. Solar energy is harnessed through photovoltaic cells, where it is converted into electrical energy using the photovoltaic effect. There is an increase in consumers who install photovoltaic cells for their own needs. The main factor behind this decision is environmental or financial reasons. The creation of supporting documentation is required for the solar power plant project. Also, it is necessary to adjust the technical part, equipment and budget according to the valid Regulations harmonized with the Regulations of the European Union regarding the co-financing of construction.
