Abstract
Zastarjelost opreme postojećeg električnog postrojenja rezultiralo je učestalim kvarovima i ispadima na dugim dalekovodima koji se protežu prema istočnoj strani otoka Hvara. Da bi se postigla veća kvaliteta opskrbe električnom energijom izgrađeno je novo rasklopno postrojenje. Pošto potrošnja električne energije na otoku Hvaru ima tendenciju rasta dugi niz godina, planirana je izgradnja u dvije etape. U ovom radu detaljnije je analizirana prva etapa izgradnje rasklopnog postrojenja. Izvršeni su proračuni koji su mjerodavni za izbor električne opreme. Također je opisana oprema koja je ugrađena u rasklopno postrojenje s naglaskom na srednjenaponski i niskonaponski sklopni blok. Prije puštanja u pogon bilo je potrebno izvršiti ispitivanja ispravnosti i funkcionalnosti rasklopnog postrojenja, što je također opisano.
Abstract (english)
The obsolescence of the equipment of the existing electrical plant resulted in frequent breakdowns and outages on the long transmission lines that stretch towards the eastern side of the island of Hvar. In order to achieve a higher quality of electricity supply, a new switching plant was built. Since the consumption of electricity on the island of Hvar tends to increase for many years, construction is planned in two stages. In this paper, the first stage of the construction of the switchgear is analyzed in more detail. Calculations have been made that are relevant for the choice of electrical equipment. The equipment installed in the switchgear is also described, with an emphasis on medium and low voltage switchgear. Before commissioning, it was necessary to carry out tests of the correctness and functionality of the switchgear, which is also described.
