The topic of the paper is „Capital budgeting with reference to dynamic methods“. Capital budgeting is the process of making decisions about long-term investments in real business assets of the company. It is very important to examine the financial and economic efficiency of the project during any procedure related to capital budgeting. This is precisely why the emphasis is placed on the time value of money. Evaluating the effectiveness of the project is an analytical procedure, where static or dynamic analysis methods are used. Emphasis is placed on dynamic methods, namely the payback period method, net present value method, relative net present value, internal rate of return, rate of return, profitability index, rule of thumb, liquidity assessment, and sensitivity analysis. It should be noted that dynamic management methods help to find an answer to the question of whether to invest in a project. Accordingly, it is very important to carefully approach the evaluation of the project's profitability.
