Abstract
U svrhu ovog završnog rada provedeno je vlačno ispitivanje na 11 ispitnih epruveta (1A) prema standardu ISO 527-2. Epruvete su ispisane na 3D pisaču (printeru) Prusa i3 mk3s, a korišten je materijal PLA čvrsti koji je, prema proizvođaču, deklariran po otpornosti i čvrstoći kao ABS. Detaljno je opisan korišteni 3D printer i njegove karakteristike, korišteni filament, dimenzije odabrane epruvete prema navedenom standardu te kidalica na kojoj je pokus izvršen. Epruvete su printane s različitom debljinom sloja i ispunom materijala. U zaključku rada prikazan je utjecaj debljine sloja i ispune materijala na vlačnu čvrstoću. Navedeni pristup omogućava nam ispis najčvršći proizvod uz što manje troškove.
Abstract (english)
For the purpose of this thesis, a tensile test of 11 test tubes was performed according to the ISO 527-2 (1A) standard. The test tubes were printed on a Prusa i3 mk3s 3D printer, and PLA Strongman TD material was used, which is declared as resistant and strong as ABS. The 3D printer and its use, the filament, the test tube and the cutter on which the experiment was performed are described in detail. They are also printed with different layer thickness and material filling. The paper comments on how the thickness of the layer and the filling affect the tensile strength, i.e. how to print the strongest product with the least possible costs.
