The fact that procurement is often equated with purchasing, and in the past few years even with logistics and supply, it is very important to have experts who will analyze, evaluate and initiate the procurement of funds for certain customers, and to be successful in this they must constantly study the market. HoReCa, short for hotel, restaurant and cafe, denotes distribution and logistics channel that is focused on the hospitality industry in tourism and some other segments of its business. HoReCa activities include daily activities of its customers related to the ordering, delivery or even processing of food products, as well as consumer goods such as tableware, restaurant or cafe inventory. This paper describes procurement process and procurement entities in the distribution channels and it analyzes HoReca group with its financial reports for 2020. and 2021.
