Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je prikazati automatizaciju dizalice topline pomoću LOGO! Soft Comfort programa i Siemens Logo PLC-a. Siemens Logo PLC je upravljačko računalo koji na osnovi očitanja sa senzora i programa upravlja aktuatorima (motori, pumpe, ventilatori). Upravljački program (algoritam) je izrađen pomoću software Logo Soft Comfort. Prije izrade samog programa za automatizaciju u uvodnom dijelu opisan je princip rada dizalice topline kao i glavni dijelovi dizalice topline. Postavljena je lista zahtjeva za automatizaciju dizalice topline i pomoću AutoCAD programa izrađena je shema dizalice topline. U shemi je prikazan sustav dizalice topline sa svim dijelovima i postavljenim senzorima. Na osnovi liste zahtjeva postavljenih na sistem za automatizaciju izrađen je upravljački program. Korišten je blokovski način programiranja. Zatim je objašnjeno tok programa korak po korak. U zaključku su donesene mogućnosti daljnjeg unaprijeđena ovakvoga sistema za automatizaciju dizalice topline.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the aim is to demonstrate the automation of a heat pump using the LOGO! Soft Comfort program and the Siemens Logo PLC. The Siemens Logo PLC is a control computer that, based on sensor readings and the program, controls actuators (motors, pumps, fans). The control program (algorithm) was created using the Logo Soft Comfort software. Before creating the automation program itself, the operating principle of the heat pump, as well as the main components of the heat pump, are described in the introductory part. A list of requirements for automating the heat pump was set up and a heat pump diagram was created using the AutoCAD program. The diagram shows the heat pump system with all its parts and installed sensors. Based on the list of requirements set for the automation system, a control program was created using block programming. Then, the program flow was explained step by step. In conclusion, possibilities for further improvement of such a system for automating the heat pump were presented.
