Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu završnog rada dan je kratki opis metodologije ispitivanja lomne žilavosti, izgleda epruvete i naprave za generiranje pukotine na epruveti. U okviru zadatka izvršeno je metodičko konstruiranje proizvoda. Izvršena je konstrukcijska razrada uređaja za kontrolirano generiranje pukotine na epruveti za ispitivanje lomne žilavosti materijala. U svrhu izbora pogonskog motora, primjenom MS Excela izvršena je analiza potrebnog zakretnog momenta u funkciji broja okretaja. 3D model uređaja je nacrtan primjenom Autodesk Inventor programa te je izvršena modalna analiza postolja i podešavanje konstrukcije postolja kako bi se izbjegle pretjerane vibracije za vrijeme rada. Na koncu su izrađeni svi radionički i sklopni crteži potrebni za izradu uređaja.
Abstract (english)
In introduction of the final work a short description of fracture toughness testing methodology, the appearance of the specimen and device for the crack generation on the specimen is given. As part of the task, the methodical construction of the product. The design development of the device for controlled generation of crack was developed on the specimen for fracture toughness. For the purpose of choosing a drive motor, an analysis of the required torque as a function of the number of revolutions was performed using MS Excel. A 3D model of the device was drawn using Autodesk Inventor program, and adjustment of the stand construction was performed to avoid excessive vibrations during operation. At the end, all the workshop and circuit drawings necessary for the production of the device were created.
