Abstract Turizam je najveći i najbrže rastući gospodarski sektor na svijetu, a turističko tržište jedno od najvećih, koje značajno pridonosi globalnom gospodarstvu. Uz sve veću dostupnost putovanja, promjene načina života i porast raspoloživog dohotka, turizam je postao popularan način istraživanja novih mjesta i kultura. No, s obzirom na velik broj dionika, turistička industrija podložna je promjenama, a s novim trendovima i tehnologijama mijenja se način na koji ljudi putuju, vidljive su promjene u preferencijama i motivima samog putovanja. Neki od značajnih trendova u turizmu uključuju održiva putovanja, pustolovni turizam, wellness turizam i kulturni turizam. Trendovi odražavaju promjene u preferencijama turista, a personalizirana iskustva na putovanju postaju sve važnija u turističkoj industriji. Osim toga, naglasak potražnje je na neopipljive elemente ponude, doživljaje i iskustva koje destinacija može ponuditi. Ovaj trend naglašava važnost destinacijskih menadžment kompanija koje turistima nude prilagođena rješenja, a u okviru kulturnog turizma, arheološki turizam još je jedan trend koji je stekao popularnost. Arheološki turizam uključuje istraživanje povijesnih nalazišta koja pružaju jedinstven uvid u prošlost i kulturnu baštinu destinacije. Lokalna DMK V entula Travel uključila se u razvoj takve vrste ponude na području grada Solina, a cilj ovoga rada je prikazati na koji način destinacijske menadžment kompanije utječu na razvoj arheološkog turizma te idu u korak s trendovima. Personalizirana putovanja, destinacijske menadžment kompanije i arheološki turizam važni su faktori u turističkoj ponudi spomenute destinacije, nudeći turistima jedinstvena i nezaboravna iskustva, dok istovremeno pridonose lokalnom gospodarstvu i očuvanju kulture.
Abstract (english) T ourism is the largest and fastest growing economic sector in the world, with the tourism market being one of the largest, contributing significantly to the global economy . Increasing availability of travel, lifestyle changes and rising disposable income, tourism has become a popular way to explore new places and cultures. However, counting the large number of stakeholders, the tourism industry is subject to change, and with new trends and technologies, the way people travel is changing, there are visible changes in the preferences and motives of the trip in the first place. Some of the significant trends in tourism include sustainable travel, adventure tourism, wellness tourism and cultural tourism. Trends reflect changes in tourist preferences, and personalized travel experiences are becoming increasingly important in the tourism industry . In addition, the emphasis of demand is on the intangible elements of the offer , experiences within the destination. This trend emphasizes the importance of destination management companies that offer tailor-made solutions to tourists, and within cultural tourism, archaeological tourism is another trend that has gained popularity . Archaeological tourism includes the exploration of historical sites that provide a unique insight into the past and cultural heritage of the destination. The local DMC V entula Travel is involved in the development of this type of tourism supply in the area of Solin, and the aim of this paper is to show how destination management companies influence the development of archaeological tourism and keep up with trends. Personalized travel, destination management companies and archaeological tourism are becoming increasingly important in the tourist supply of the destination, offering tourists unique and unforgettable experiences, while at the same time contributing to the local economy and cultural preservation.
